Watermark Biography
This is an historic destination for beach lovers to soak up the scenery, experience authentic Vancouver and sample truly great food. Watermark is a 7 million dollar development, complete with a full service restaurant, beach level concessions, change rooms and lifeguard station. Watermark on Kits has been serving the Kits Beach-area customers for over a hundred years.
Food All the Time
Watermark’s menu is a combination of contemporary and traditional seafood, with the incorporation of West Coast ingredients. There are fine beef, lamb and pork dishes as well, and vegetarian options are available. The Watermark serves lunch and dinner seven days a week, and has a very popular brunch on Sundays. The restaurant is spacious, seating 180, and has a large, open patio overlooking the ocean. The Beach level concession is open from 10:30am until dusk, complimenting the restaurant by offering various choices so you can stay on the beach all day and night. Throughout the year, you can enjoy the various special events that take place on the beach or in the Kitsilano neighbourhood.Lunch and Dinner
The lunch menu focuses on west coast tastes to satisfy your palate. This includes lots of salads, seafood, stir-fries and sandwiches. As the evening arrives, you can also order penne, steaks, rack of lamb and other carnivorous treats. The choice of desserts is a menu all its own, it boasts cakes, pies, creams and pastries. If you’re still full from dinner, digest with a hot, specialty drinks.

Wines from all over the world are served by the glass, half-litre and bottled; and the menu consists of eight pages of divine choice from reds and whites to bubbly champagne for that extra special occasion. Watermark is an ideal place for romantic and intimate dinners.
