These frozen and ready-to-eat Indian dishes were developed at Vij's Restaurant, and can easily be reheated by oven, microwave or saucepan. Dishes include house-made cheese, yoghurt and ghee. Traditional Indian cookery and spices form the foundation for each dish. Seafood, fowl, meat and vegetarian options are equally represented. The spices are a favourite with many, and are hand-sifted, roasted and ground by staff. You’ll taste the difference and they take every measure to ensure peak flavours. The masala is a personal recipe. Turmeric powder is a staple in numerous Indian dishes. Whole dried cayenne peppers are ground by staff to produce exceptional cayenne powder.

Vij’s Rangoli Diner serves a five to six item lunch menu. The diner menu changes frequently. The menu items are different from the packaged items they sell and are made fresh on premise. Reasonably priced lamb, beef and chicken dishes are always available. Rice pudding and Meeti Roti can satisfy most sweet desires. Service is fast and friendly. The diner is comfortable and small. The large fridges contain the take home options. If eating in, you’ll find a small beer and wine list.
