The chain of Tim Hortons stores was founded in 1964 in Ontario. With its quality products and great service, Tim’s has grown into the largest fast food service restaurant chain in Canada, and has even expanded into select locations in the United States. Tim Hortons specializes in fresh coffee, baked goods and home-style lunches.

The Coffee
Most Canadians are aware of the Tim Hortons brand. It is so famous and so good, that a fresh pot has to be brewed in twenty-minute intervals throughout the course of a day. What makes the coffee so good? The ingredients. For their Traditional Blend or Swiss Water® Decaffeinated, Tim’s uses a premium mix of 100 per cent Arabica beans from some of the world’s most well-known coffee regions. They also offer alternative Hot Drinks, including a mix of teas, hot smoothies, and hot chocolate. Classic cold beverages include soft drinks, milk, bottled juice and water.

Baked Goods
The display shelves at Tim’s host a variety of coffeehouse pastries that are baked fresh throughout the day. Offerings include a variety of doughnuts that include faves like chocolate and maple dips, old fashioned glazed, cinnamon, Boston Creams and jelly, just to name just a few. In a smaller version of doughnuts, Tim’s has developed the Timbit, doughnut holes available available in a variety of flavours. As well, you can purchases from a selection of muffins, Danishes, tarts, squares, cakes, cookies, éclairs and croissants. In addition, low-fat yogurt and berry products are now available. Creamy Vanilla or Strawberry Yogurt is mixed with strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and raspberries.

Lunch & Snack Foods
Tim Hortons features a number of popular sandwiches, soups and chili for the lunch and snack crowd. Favourite sandwiches include the Ham & Swiss, the Turkey Bacon Club and Chunky Chicken Salad. For soups, try their Chicken Noodle, Hearty Vegetable and Potato with Bacon.
