Rev up your taste buds with the marinated mixed olives or the chickpea and chorizo salad with artichokes and parsley. Dig into some of the unique vegetarian options such as the grilled carrots with a sweet mustard sauce or grilled eggplant with tomato, basil and goat cheese. Choose a savoury pasta dish, such as the Fettuccine con Salsa, or the chicken breast with portabella mushrooms and basil in a tomato sauce cream sauce, topped with goat cheese. The thin crust pizza comes in traditional choices such as the House Smoked Chicken Breast with tomato, basil and mozzarella, or the unique Pesto Pizza with cilantro pesto, apples, pecans and smoked mozzarella.
Small dishes with big taste
There are a variety of seafood dishes on The Tapas Bar’s menus, including the Halibut Tostada, a crispy corn tortilla topped with sauteed halibut, cilantro & pineapple, or the Mussels de Cha Cha Cha, which are mussels from the east expertly cooked up in a spicy pepper sauce. Get in the game with the House Smoked Chicken Breast Salad with sweet pickled onion marmalade & chili aioli, or the Roasted Leg of Duck baked with cinnamon and served with a rich mole sauce. There are also a variety of steak dishes, from traditional styles to more exotic flavours.
