Green is Yummy
At a time when everything old is new again and being green is all the buzz, it's refreshing to find a place that is genuinely old-school. The Naam is the last remaining link to the ultra-hippie West 4th Avenue neighbourhood of the early 70s. These days Kitsilano health nuts drop in for a bite after Yoga class or a jog. The service here is not rushed and very friendly.
Veggie Burgers & Dandelion Coffee
Devoted to vegetarian cuisine with influences from around the world, the menu at The Naam is full of many of your favourites - all with a healthy spin. Huge salads, burritos, pizzas and, of course, veggie burgers are the staples, but the menu is surprisingly diverse. Open 24 hours a day, you can stop by before work, after hitting the club scene, or anytime for something healthy and good.

For vegetarian cuisine with that authentic hippie feel, Vancouver has been turning to The Naam for over three decades. However, don’t think you won’t find dessert here; they’ve got a killer cheesecake, chocolate raspberry cake and a carrot cake crammed with fruits and nuts.
