The Terry Fox Theatre, which is the largest venue of its kind in Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and Port Moody, is a bright and sunny space seating a total of 336 people. The theatre serves mostly as a rental space for performance artists such as musical groups, theatre companies and dance troupes. It is also an ideal location for conferences, lectures and exhibitions. Operated by the Terry Fox Theatre Advisory Group (TAG), the theatre is a registered federal charity governed by a volunteer board of directors.

The Terry Fox Theatre features a grand entrance, spacious lobby, box office, orchestra pit, balcony seating and one of the largest stages in the Tri-Cities. Technical capabilities include computerized lighting, extensive sound equipment, state-of-the-art LCD projection equipment and a sprung stage floor. The facility is open year round, and rentals are available every day.
