Things will Go Swimmingly
A busy community pool where something is always going on, Templeton Park is a great place to drop in for a workout and a swim. Just note that swimming lessons are usually scheduled between the hours of 6 p.m. and 8 p.m., when kids invade the pool.
Fabulous Facilities
In addition to the 25-metre pool – which has a diving board and slide – Templeton Park has a tots pool, fitness centre, sauna and whirlpool. Swimming lessons for all ages and skill levels are offered.
Location and Access
Behind Templeton Park Secondary School in the Nanaimo and Hastings area, there is free parking outside of school hours in the school parking lot. Alternatively, there is plenty of parking available on local streets.
