Gastown Brewery
The Gastown Brewery is onsite at Steamworks. They use the scintillating heat of steam to fire their kettles. This brewing process improves the finesse of fermentation, which ultimately results in better tasting beer. Try their special house blends, which come with the names of Lions Gate Lager, a lighter, thirst quenching beer, and Heronica Oatmeal Stout, a full bodied gem that drinks like a meal in itself.

The Food
The food is masterfully cooked by Executive Chef, Andreas Scharfetter. He ensures that all his dishes meet a heightened level of quality in ingredients and taste. Try their selection of Wild BC salmon dishes, such as Salmon Caesar Salad, Salmon Filet or Salmon Wellington. Their Lamb Tenderloin also deserves mention.

Room For Special Events
Steamworks has three separate rooms that are open for event and group bookings. The stylish Uber Lounge is an adjoining atrium perfect for large parties. The Wine Room and Oyster Bar are intimate settings, lending themselves to cocktails and private dinners. Call the Sales Manager for more details.

They also have an in-house liquor store, where the best spirits, ales, and wines from Canada and all over the world can be purchased. Also, authentic Steamworks artwork, posters and other memorabilia can be found here, too.
