Darling of the design district
With its focus on bedroom décor for children, Sprouts fits right into Victoria’s design district, where it makes its home in an historic building. The shop is run by a pair pf pals who opened the business in 2006 after noticing the lack of quality heirloom products for their own children. Their beautiful shop boasts exposed brick, wood floors, chandelier lighting and a fireplace, and makes for the perfect backdrop against which to showcase whimsical furnishings and vintage-inspired home accessories. Other items for the bedroom include bedding and blankets, decorations and artwork by local children’s book illustrator Rose Cowels.
