Southern Comfort Food
Ask your server about the “A Plate” - a weekly creation that uses local ingredients. The gumbo is popular with chicken, shrimp, sausage, okra and peppers sautéed in a spicy Creole sauce. For something completely different, try the Hushpuppies - southern crispy corn fritters with dipping sauce or fried dill pickles served with ranch dip. There’s also a variety of tasty side dishes including, hand-cut fries, macaroni and cheese, coleslaw, smoked barbeque beans, and cornbread.

Feel like sharing? Order one of the platters for two or more people with choice of two side dishes. Try the Barbeque Taster, a combination of beef and pork selections or the Pacific Sampler which features a variety of seafood. Don’t want to share? Choose two of your own sides when you order a meal such as the barbecue chicken, pulled pork or beef brisket sandwich. Specialty dishes include the Smoken Pork Ribs with green Alder and apple wood and the Seafood Jambalaya with wild salmon, mussels, shrimp, oysters and sausage sautéed in a spicy sauce.
