Housed in the Marriott Pinnacle Hotel, Showcase complements the downtown dining scene with seafood and West Coast dishes with a global influence. They offer a chef's tasting menu and a wide selection of wines by the glass and hosts guest chefs every three months. Under the thirty-foot ceilings on either the upper or lower mezzanine, the in-house chef offers food and wine tastings every night, that change bi-monthly.
An Asian influence adds an exciting touch to this little-bit-of-everything menu. Dinner and lunch menus are unique. For lunch be sure to try the curry of the day served with raita, and for dinner have the Australian rack of lamb with roasted onion bernaise sauce and pan-fried gnocchi. A vegetarian collection includes an assortment of tempura, and Showcase is well known for a delicious mushroom soup in a celery root and tomato broth.
