Sha Lin Noodle House is not only a famous Vancouver restaurant, it is internationally famous too. The House
Sha Lin is an unpretentious, humble restaurant resembling a neighbourhood coffee shop. Sha lin Noodle is always packed with eager diners every lunch hour, all who are looking forward to the delights of their delicious and well-known noodle dishes. Through the display window in the kitchen, customers watch the expert noodle chefs (yes, there is such a thing), spin, toss and knead the dough, and then form it into long strings of noodles that will soon end up at your table, fresh and ready to chow down on.

The kitchen produces four distinct types of noodles. These specially crafted noodles are mixed with different combinations of meats, veggies and sauces to provide a number of different recipes and dishes. They are generally served fried or in a soup broth, each individual one bursting with flavour and texture. Sha Lin is known across the city as the place to come to fill your stomach, with tasty, unique dishes at a very reasonable price.
