Cheery Cafe
Everything at Sejuiced screams happy and healthy. Chilled out music fills the room, consistently friendly folks welcome you from behind the counter and you can’t help but lighten up when you enter the bright room. The walls are citrus green and yellow with orange trim and the small space has a lively, beachy feel. There’s only room for about a dozen and a half people in the cozy cafe, but there are three futuristic yellow stools at a bar outside where Kitsilano-kinds can often be seen congregating on sunny days.

Get Your Juice and More
It can be tough to make a decision with literally dozens of choices of juice grouped into three categories. “Vital Fluids” are the most simple with choices like the “Hypertension Healer” (spinach, celery, apples and carrot). “Energy Elixirs,” such as “Brain Tonic” (apple, bananas, coco milk, strawberries, panax ginseng and gingko bibola) have a little more substance. And “Super Powershakes” like the “Superbuff” (papaya, granola, bananas and soy milk) are practically meals in a glass and are packed with nutrients. There’s also a full menu of solid foods sure to delight any vegetarian. Weekend breakfast options include scrambled tofu and omelets. For lunch and dinner, organic salads featuring tofu, nuts and seeds, veggie burgers with homemade, high-protein almond patties and a yogi rice bowl full of veggies and topped with homemade sauces are on the menu. You can even treat your friends or colleagues to Sejuiced by having the cafe cater your next event.

Fresh, Environmentally Friendly Philosophy
Everything is made from scratch fresh to order and whenever possible, Sejuiced uses locally grown, organic produce. The constant blending sound from the juicer makes the lively cafe a little loud, but the freshly squeezed taste is well worth it. If you choose to take your juice or meal to go, you will receive it in a compostable, plant-based cup or container.
