Crabs
Simply locate the large glass tanks of crabs, lobsters, mussels and clams in North Vancouver’s bustling Lonsdale Quay market and you’ve found famous Screaming Mimi’s seafood boutique and delicatessen! You can have the live crab steamed up on the spot for immediate consumption (with a fresh-baked bun), or take it home for a tasty dinner treat.

Lobster
Mimi’s offers a selection of freshly cooked prawns, oysters, clams and other succulent sea creatures served in such sauces as garlic beer, lemon butter and creamy dill. Order a small or large container of these or the delectable chowder and cioppinos – some of the best in the city.

Shellfish
Although it’s located in a busy marketplace among many other stands and sellers, Mimi’s manages to stand apart from the rest with its whimsical seaside décor and displays. Buckets and nets filled and hung with shells and starfish draw crowds to the stand, and happy patrons chomp on chowder at sunny tables under a dangling blowfish.
