Named for the island where the owners of this bakery café once had a summer house, the Savoury Island Pie Co has brought home-style cooking to the West Vancouver neighbourhood it calls home. Fresh baked breads, muffins and top quality homemade fruit pies are among Savoury Island’s biggest selling items. Guests are welcomed to grab something to go or have a seat in the small, but comfortable 27-seat dining room. The Savoury Island Pie Co. has developed quite the reputation for its all day breakfast, chicken pot pie and traditional tourtière, a ground beef and pork pie originating from Quebec. Hearty soups and sandwich choices are available for lunch, but don’t forget to save room for a slice of pie.

Rustic Décor
Pictures of the real Savoury Island can be found all over the walls of the rustically decorated restaurant. High ceilings and a large bay window out front complete the welcoming atmosphere. The Savoury Island Pie Co. is also licenced and features beer brewed locally by the Granville Island Brewing Company. The restaurant sells a number of wines by the bottle and imported beer choices including Grolsch and Guinness.
