First and foremost, the Samba Brazilian Steakhouse Ltd is heralded across Vancouver as the “Best Latin American and Best Brazilian Steakhouse”. Not only do they host a great menu, they also provide live entertainment by talented Latin musicians.
Churrascaria de Rodizio
Samba employs Brazil’s most popular style of cooking. It involves skewered meat grilled over an open flame. This tradition is derived from the 16th century, when Brazilian Cowboys cooked their game over a fire in the outdoors. Using the same methods as their ancestors, Samba grinds coarse salt into the meat and places the fattier pieces at the tip of the skewer before barbequing. This system allows the meat to retain all of its natural flavour. When the meat is cooked, it is brought to your table by a server, still attached to the skewer. You can choose how much, or how little you want. Try the beef or chicken, and for the more adventuresome, go for the Cornish hen or ostrich.
Veggie Options
For vegetarians, Samba didn’t forget about you. They serve vegetables skewers as well. Plus, you are invited to dive into large salad bar. All patrons can select a few choices, or go with the all-you-can-eat option. Either or, this is truly an unforgettable experience.
Events
Staying true to the natural charisma of their Brazilian culture, Samba has many fun and entertaining activities for you join in while you enjoy your meal. They have live Latin music played by their in-house musicians, and live Brazilian dancers complement the music. The dancers are dressed in their customary, flashy Brazilian ensembles and perform a list of Latin numbers, including the always fun conga line that the whole restaurant takes part in.
