Festive dinner and dance club
Make your dinner date a lot more fun with a visit to the Royal Dinner & Dance, where you can enjoy a fine Chinese meal and then work it off on the dance floor. It’s a great way to meet new people, or to spend an evening with a large group. People put on their best clothes and dance to a variety of music by local vocalists, pianists and DJs.You can enjoy karaoke nights or one of the few evenings put aside for ballroom dancing. There’s no coverage charge for enjoying the festivities, but there is a modest minimum food and/or beverage purchase. There are also daily tea dances every afternoon, and the space can be rented out for special events.
Traditional Chinese fare
Royal Dinner & Dance boasts an extensive menu of Chinese favourites. Perfect for sharing with your tablemates, there are more than 60 choices of appetizers, including delicacies like shark-fin soup, and jellyfish and sliced pork hock. Meat and veggie rice noodles dishes are also popular and congee is a house specialty. Vegetarians will be delighted with the many meat-free options, while seafood lovers will find one of the best selections from the sea in town.
World wines and fine spirits
Royal Dinner & Dance is proud to serve an excellent selection of wines from around the world, including a number of bottles from Chile, France and Australia, as well as many local choices. Local and import beer, including Chinese varieties, and fine cocktails are also available.
