Ron Zalko Sports Club can help you achieve your goals, whatever they may be and encourage you to stay there. The facilities house the largest and most up-to-date selection of equipment in the lower mainland, giving members the variety to take part in diverse fitness programs. The 20,000 square foot facility houses the latest and most modern equipment available on the market today. The gym is fully air-conditioned and every fitness level is accommodated. Weight loss programs are available and personal training services help members to maintain peak performance by fully trained and certified instructors. Child care facilities are on site during specific hours and a Ladies Only gym has specially designed equipment for working thighs, glutes, abdominals and hips.
A full range of classes are available for members to participate in. From the famous Ron Zalko workout, aerobics, step and fat burner classes, to cardio, boxercise, yoga and pilates lessons, there is a class for every level and interest. The weight training programs use state-of-the-art equipment for circuit training using a cable system, strength equipment and free weights. The strength training programs use Hammer Strength training equipment, which is ideal for injury prevention and rehabilitation. Specialty cardio machines improve cardiovascular conditioning and the gym provides only the best brands of machinery.
If you’re not sure whether the club is a good fit for you, introductory visits are encouraged where you can try out a class for free. Ron Zalko Sports Club is a proud member of the International Physical Fitness Association (I.P.F.A.).
