Best Pizza in Town
With choices like the West Coast Supreme (smoked salmon, artichoke hearts, red pepper, sun-dried tomatoes) and Maui Luau (teriyaki chicken, pineapple, ham, bacon, caramelized onion, red pepper), it’s no wonder Romeo’s is voted best pizza on Vancouver Island year after year. All of the pies are made with real mozzarella, secret tomato sauce and homemade crust. Low-carb, thin-crust pizzas are also available for those watching their waistlines. Pizzas come in three sizes and can be enjoyed in the welcoming, comfortable family-style dining room or at home — pick up or delivery.
Marvelous Mediterranean Fare
It’s not all about pizza at Romeo’s. There’s a wide selection of Mediterranean fare also available and the décor in the restaurant reflects this theme with warm colours, Greek-style columns and lots of plants. As for the menu, choices include mousakka, souvlaki, and lamb and chicken dishes that take inspiration from the Mediterranean in their flavours and preparation. There’s also an extensive selection of decadent pasta dishes, as well as charbroiled steaks aged a full month. Everything is made in-house using only the finest ingredients, local and organic whenever possible. In addition to pizza delivery, Romeo’s also offers catering for parties of up to 800 and even provides servers upon request.
