Intimate Dining Experience
A short walk from the lifts, Ric’s Grill is one of Whistler’s top steakhouse experiences.The 150-seat dining room and 60-seat lounge are draped in dark curtains, warm tones and mahogany, giving the open room an intimate feel. Each table at Ric’s is designed for a private dining experience.
Casual Dining, Not so Casual Menu
Casual dress is welcome in this fine dining establishment filled with booths big enough for the whole family. The diverse menu features steaks, chops and top notch seafood. Ric’s chefs spend more money on preparation than any other restaurant in its class, but quality - not cost - is passed on to diners. Steaks on the menu are all Sterling Silver beef, the highest grade available in Canada. Ric’s kitchen staff also prepares all the dressings, sauces and marinades right on the premises, and fresh ingredients and fresh ideas are always available on the restaurant’s feature sheets, which change monthly. The menu also features a number of tapas-style appetizers that everyone can enjoy.
