Mall Mania
Located on a stretch of Richmond highway, the Richmond Centre mall is an expansive shopping centre hiding dozens of stores for people of all ages. Because the place is so large, new stores continue to open as it grows. In addition to retail space, Richmond Centre also welcomes different events such as fashion shows, holiday happenings, music shows and more. Moreover, the mall supports local community and not-for-profit organizations, with a community board, displays and charitable events.

More in Store
Richmond Centre boasts an eclectic mix of stores and services that you wouldn’t normally find in a mall setting, especially when suburban. Maybe this explains why the Centre seems to cater to a more affluent clientele than usual malls. Ladies’ apparel stores include the likes of Banana Republic and Smart Set, but also those of unique shops such as MK by Minikin, Morgan de Toi and the Anna Kristina boutique.

All For Men
But if you think that the mall is strictly for the ladies, you’re mistaken. It has a wide range of men’s stores like Grafton & Co or Randy River. There are also many types of shops, like those selling books, games, toys, jewellery, athletic ware, luggage, electronics, fashion accessories, photo equipment, stationary and shoes. Richmond Centre also boasts two major department stores: Sears and The Bay. Among other things, it includes a Famous Players movie theatre. And if all the shopping has worn you out, the food court or one of the restaurants – pick from McDonald’s, Chutneze, White Spot, Shi-Art Chinese Cuisine,Togo Sushi and more – are ready to refuel you. You’ll need all the energy you can get to work your way through the numerous shops at Richmond Centre.
