His style is strong, exotic and always plentiful. Expect nothing less than beautifully-presented and tantalizing full-course meals available as either a la carte or prixe fixe.

A meal at Restaurant Connor Butler is a meal to be savoured so set aside several hours to truly appreciate the various dishes. The “omnivore” selection includes prawns, king crab and lobster dishes, as well as foie gras. But the ultimate exotic dish in this selection is the truffle stuffed pork belly. This decadent dish features pomme puree and beer and barley malt. The “herbivore” menu is just as lavish.
