Restaurant Connor Butler is European-inspired fine dining nestled right in the heart of Vancouver. After working at various well known restaurants in the city, Butler opened up his own restaurant in the downtown area – where fine dining meets West Coast flair. His style is strong, exotic and always plentiful. Expect nothing less than beautifully-presented and tantalizing full-course meals available as either a la carte or prixe fixe.
Unmistakable quality and flavours
A meal at Restaurant Connor Butler is a meal to be savoured so set aside several hours to truly appreciate the various dishes. The “omnivore” selection includes prawns, king crab and lobster dishes, as well as foie gras. But the ultimate exotic dish in this selection is the truffle stuffed pork belly. This decadent dish features pomme puree and beer and barley malt. The “herbivore” menu is just as lavish. Start off with a melon gelee and continue on to a sage gnocchi featuring balsamic white truffle. These are ingredients and tastes that you’ll be hard-pressed to find anywhere else. And the best part? There are decadent choices for dessert . . . if you have room that is.
A Strong and Beautiful Décor
A meal this beautiful has to be enjoyed in an equally beautiful setting. The restaurant is both classic and has that touch of West Coast whim. It’s the perfect place for a romantic meal with plenty of class. The final touch is the bright and exotic china and silverware Restaurant Connor Butler serves up for its guests. You’ll be sure to have a fine dining experience here.
