Like its sister restaurants in Whistler and North Vancouver, Quattro on Fourth is designed to help guests enjoy the passion of food and life. Executive Chef Bradford Ellis’ menu is filled with the flavours of Italy. Pastas like the Linguine Pescatore with baby scallops, rock shrimp, fresh tomato, white wine and Riviera herbs and Rigatoni al Ragout with minced beef, veal and pork in a red wine tomato ragout and shaved parmigiano reggiano are truly unforgettable. Entrees like the Scottadito Fico, a roasted rack of lamb in a fig and dijon mustard demi-glaze and Branzino Alla Crosta, a pistachio crusted wild Alaskan black cod with a fire-roasted sweet pepper sauce should not be missed. But it may be the Chef's Table, a multi-course menu created especially for your party by Chef Ellis that keeps the reservations book filled.
Award Winning Wine List
An extensive wine list filled with no less than 750 bottles ensures guests will find something to pair with any entrée choice. The list is focused mainly on Italian wines, but selections from California, Australia and Canada can also be found. The wine list is so complete it has been recognized by Wine Spectator Magazine with the Award of Excellence in 2001 and 2002.

The warm décor inside Quattro is contemporary Venetian filled with crimson washed walls, wrought iron chandeliers and candlelight, mahogany tables and a beautifully hand painted floor. The year Quattro on Fourth opened it took home both the Vancouver Magazine Critics Choice Award for Best New Restaurant and the award for Restaurant of the Year.
