From the fabulous menu to the comfortable décor and extensive wine list, Quattro at Whistler is designed to help guests enjoy the passion of food and life. Executive Chef Jeremie Trottier’s menu is filled with the flavours of Northern Italy. Pastas like the Rigatoni alla Pecorara with minced beef, veal and pork in a tomato sauce topped with fresh herb ricotta and the Rotolo Farcito, hand-made and rolled with ricotta cheese, roasted sweet peppers, field mushrooms and spinach in a creamy tomato sauce are truly unforgettable. Entrees like the Costata di Vitello, a grilled provimi veal chop with a caramelized onion and marsala sauce and the Braciolette Melagrane, a roasted rack of lamb with a grainy mustard crust, pomegranate and fresh thyme reduction should not be missed. But it may be the L'Abbuffata, a five course Roman feast created by Chef Trottier that keeps the reservations book filled nightly.
World Class Wine List
An extensive wine list filled with more than 750 bottles ensures guests will find something to pair with any entrée choice. The list is focused mainly on Italian wines, but selections from California, Australia and Canada can also be found. The wine list is so complete that it has been recognized by Wine Spectator Magazine as one of the world's best.
Top Italian Dining in Comfort
The warm décor inside Quattro is contemporary Venetian. Filled with rich mahogany wood, there are two cozy fireplaces, an open kitchen and a number of hand-painted silk chandeliers. The dining room seats 150 and the restaurant has two private tasting rooms and a summer patio looking out onto a private parkette behind the building. The Pique Magazine consistently names Quattro at Whistler the best Italian restaurant in the village and for good reason; it’s a truly world class restaurant in a world class resort town.
