Do the Dip
Get ready for a lip-smacking adventure filled with tasty appetizers made fresh on the spot. On the starters menu discover steamed clams in white wine and garlic, and piping hot seafood chowder. Huge portions of homemade dips are served with slices of hot pita. Order the hummus, made with chickpea puree, olive oil, garlic and tahini. For one of the best Caesar salads around, you’ve come to the right place! Romaine lettuce is loaded with fresh parmesan, crunchy croutons and homemade dressing.
A Rose by any Other Name…
Delicate pastas topped with gourmet ingredients such as feta cheese and roasted peppers come highly recommended. A must try is the tilbury pasta tossed with sun dried tomatoes and chorizo in a creamy tomato sauce. Primerose is a meat lover’s paradise thanks to exotic delicacies such as New York bison steak and prime rib seasoned with Mediterranean spices. Not to be missed is the rib eye steak charbroiled to perfection and topped with crumbled blue cheese. Or, how about the Louis-style bison ribs marinated with lemon, garlic and oregano? On the menu discover chicken dishes drizzled with creamy Dijon mustard sauce, cracked peppercorns, or honey-soya sauce. A handful of fish dishes such as the salmon fired in ginger and garlic butter complete the eye catching menu.
