This well known pearl can seat 700 people and can be packed to the rafters on weekends for what is acknowledged to be Vancouver's finest dim sum. They serve a dim sum brunch daily from 9 a.m. Clientele come from all ethnic groups and walks of life to the Pink Pearl which is situated in the East Hastings corridor.
Peking Duck Please
With 20 dim sum carts circulating through the room dispensing over 100 different delicacies to eager and hungry diners, any idea of a menu tends to go out the window. In the evenings however, an entirely new team takes over the kitchen and focuses on more traditional style dishes. Peking Duck is prepared with a twist and is one of the best in town. Live seafood dishes draw raves from guests and critics alike.
