Welcoming Atmosphere
Pepe and Gringo’s warm, vibrant atmosphere makes it a hard place to leave after a meal. But don’t worry, the friendly staff will make you feel welcome to stay as long as you desire. There are plenty of drinks to try, so grab a seat at the bar and relax! The fun décor is bright and rustic with a Spanish flavour. It’s no surprise this entertaining eatery became a local favourite soon after opening in 2004.

Creative Eats
Pepe and Gringo’s serves up impressive dishes for lunch and dinner. Start with some fun tapas to share. Southwest specials like Mexican pizza, sizzling fajitas, homemade burritos and chimichangas are consistently delicious. Numerous Indian dishes spice it up and come with authentic naan bread. Try the butter chicken or the channa masala. Lots of salads and sandwiches are severed at lunch while steaks and local seafood anchor the dinner menu. All of the dishes are prepared with the highest quality ingredients and presented with artistry. The family-friendly restaurant also has a L’il Amigo’s menu sure to please your picky little eater.

Sip On This
Whether you fancy a glass of local wine, an import beer or a creative cocktail, you won’t be thirsty at Pepe and Gringo’s! Margaritas are a popular choice for a summer drink on the patio and choices range from traditional (lime, peach, strawberry) to innovative (Blue Agave made with blue Curacao, Malibu rum, lime juice and fresh mint.) Martinis can be shaken or stirred with your choice of premium alcohol, such as Crown Royal, Grey Goose and Johnnie Walker. The adventurous wine list is among the best in Squamish and features numerous B.C. choices as well as bottles from California, Italy, New Zealand and Australia.
