Situated near the entrance to Granville Island, between a teeming duck pond and Kids Only Market, Pedro’s Organic Coffee is the perfect place for a coffee break. The café serves only the best coffee, which in true Vancouver style is organic, Rainforest Alliance-certified, fair trade, shade grown and bird friendly. The tea is also fair trade and organic.

Pedro’s has everything and more you’d expect of a good café, including comfy armchairs and tasty snacks, but they especially cater to families. A children’s play area stocked with toys, games and books inside the café is available for customers with children, the washrooms have baby change tables, and the spacious outdoor patio – complete with encircling bench – looks out over the duck pond and tugboat playground.
