Cooking with care, time and the freshest ingredients is a recipe for success. The Original Tandoori Restaurant’s signature (yup-you guessed it) Tandoori dishes are cooked with patience. First, the chosen item (like chicken, lamb or prawn) is marinated in an exotic blend of spices inspired by chefs from history. Then the items are placed on skewers and barbequed in tall, high heat ovens (320 Celcius/600 Farenheit). Finally, they are finished on a stove top. This cooking method ensures that the succulence of the ingredients.

This menu is full of Indian delights like Fish Pakora (cod delicately battered with chickpea flour and fried), Onion Bhagi (deep fried onion fritters), spinach naan, roti, rice specialties and a myriad of vegetarian dishes featuring potatoes, cauliflower, lentils and more.
