Make and Bottle Your Own Wine

Once Upon a Vine is a premium winemaking facility, featuring stunning views of the Golden Ears Mountains and Mount Baker. The owners and staff pride themselves in having the know-how to educate their customers on how to choose, make, bottle, cellar and – most importantly - enjoy their own wine. You don’t have to be a connoisseur to appreciate a good grape.
Cooking Classes
Once Upon a Vine also has an additional 1,000 sq. ft. of space designed for cooking classes, even including a demo kitchen. Chefs from the region demonstrate a variety of techniques on preparing everything from world cuisine to seasonal recipes. Once Upon a Vine is also developing children’s cooking programs called Wee Cooks. All the classes are great for people with a passion for gastronomy and are the perfect gift. Book early, as they often sell out.

Not only can you learn how to make delicious wine and cuisine, but you can also find all of the accessories you need for your kitchen. Once Upon a Vine is the perfect place to find a gift or to treat yourself. You’ll find thousands of gadgets, gourmet foods, high-end cookware, wine-related gifts, kitchen linens, winemaking supplies and more. A bridal registry is also available.
