Traditional Tastes of China
If you like your Chinese food hot and spicy, you’ll love the Szechwan selection at Ocean Garden. There are about two-dozen different Szechwan dishes, including bean cakes, hot wings, Kung Po chicken and salt and pepper prawns. For more reserved tastes, there’s a great variety of chow mein, fried rice and chop suey options. Vegetarians will also be pleased with the number of tofu dishes. If you’re unsure what to order off the 100-plus-item menu, you may want to opt for the chef specialties, which include crispy skin chicken, green pea egg flower soup and Mandarin pork chops. If you’re unsure of dishes like singing chicken, the friendly staff is happy to explain the ingredients and method of preparation.
