Pub Fare and Much More
The Monkey Tree Pub knows nothing goes better with a pitcher of beer than a plate of wings with a selection of sauces or a burger and fries. The pub is best known for its extensive selection of inventive burgers, such as the Pearl River chicken, the fireman’s beef and the pesto salmon. There are also plenty of sandwiches, salads and soups to choose from, as well as traditional pub grub like fish and chips, chicken potpie and steak selections. And if you’re heading down with a large group, there are some great sharing options like nachos and a selection of party platters.

Daily Drink Specials
Any good watering hole rewards its patrons with the odd special, but the Monkey Tree does it every single day! The pints on special rotate through the week, but on Sundays they’re all a deal, along with some of the city’s best Caesars. Hump day is made happier with Wine-O Wednesdays and the pub owner himself gets the party started on Fridays with his “Thank Gord it's Friday Martinis” promotion. Check the daily chalkboard for more!

Friendly Neighbourhood Pub
The Monkey Tree prides itself on providing friendly service and the cheery staff is always eager to welcome guests and chat at the bar. In the afternoon, the pub provides a cozy, relaxed place to read a book (there are several available to borrow on the shelves), enjoy a quiet conversation or simply watch the world pass by outside. In the evenings, things kick up a notch. The Monkey Tree is keen on encouraging neighbours to get to know each other and creates an inclusive atmosphere by hosting events and theme nights, such as Saturday night music bingo, that are open to all. The pub also boasts large-screen TVs, so you can always catch the big game with your buddies. The party ends at midnight, but you can pop by the pub's beer and wine shop and take some drinks home, too.
