Floral Artistry
East of downtown Vancouver, the famous Minter Country Garden encompasses 32 acres of floral artistry. Eleven themed sections are designed to dazzle the senses with massive displays of colour and fragrance. The 7,000-foot Mt. Cheam provides a backdrop. Gently winding pathways link each unique garden. Around every bend are delightful surprises like Victorian topiary ladies, a giant floral peacock, a living maze, aviaries and beautiful waterfalls. Featured in the Chinese Garden is a rare collection of Penjing Rock Bonsai.
Great Dining Options
The on-site Trillium Restaurant offers a generous buffet selection of salads, seafood, breakfast items, hot entrees and desserts. Outdoor seating is available. The Garden Cafe in the Envision Conservatory features a selection of homemade soups, pastries & salads, burgers, pizza, lasagna, fish & chips, and other favourites. The Trillium Restaurant and Conservatory and the Evision Conservatory provide the perfect location for wedding receptions. They are also available for family and corporate events.
