Here, one can dine inside or sit out on the patio to do some people-watching in the heart of Vancouver’s financial district. The atmosphere is so comfortable that you may not want to leave.
The chocolate bars
The chocolate bars offered here are like no other. Made without preservatives, they are not meant to be kept in storage but don’t worry, you won’t be able to resist them anyway. With original names that make them fun to order, the 50 gram bars are created with intriguing ingredients. Try the Pas de Deux (made with Amaretto and dried cherries covered in chocolate ganache), the PB hint of J (a non-hydrogenated peanut butter and organic grape jelly bar) or the tempting Love Potion (made with roasted banana, dark rum and lime mixed with a chocolate ganache). You will want to keep going back until you have tried every flavour.
Room for S’more
There is more to Mink than signature chocolate bars. Order a personal fondue, available in milk or dark chocolate, with a serving of seasonal fruits and pound cake. A single portion is enough to fully satisfy one person, and maybe even two. For the kid in you, ask for your own hibachi to be brought to your table so you can roast marshmallows and make s’mores. Specialty coffees and, of course, chocolate drinks are also served at Mink A.
