Maxine’s Hideaway is the latest incarnation of a famous heritage building. Since 1905 this building has been home to a boarding school, two fugitives and a bordello among other things. Now, cast in its new role, Maxine’s tips a hat to its historical past as it seamlessly combines an upscale restaurant and night club with sexy, Broadway-style cabaret entertainment.

Come to this West-End hotspot any night of the week and see anything from the “Candy Girl Cabaret” show to a great comedy line up. Stick around after the live shows for the late night DJ and dance the night away. The Restaurant’s two rooms offer different experiences. The main room offers sexy upscale dinning; while the bordello room has an intimate lounge feel for cozying up with a date or some friends.

Not to be outdone by the entertainment, the menu provides quite a bit of variety. spaghettini puttanesca, ahi tuna and baked beach oysters are at home beside hoisin duck tacos and lamb jerk samosas.
