The most popular items are, of course, the burgers. Beef burger filets are hand- formed from Market-sourced meat. Salmon, chicken and vegetarian patties are also available. The buns are baked fresh on-site each morning, soft yet crusty enough to stand up to toppings. For example, the California beef burger is loaded with cheese, mushrooms and avocado, and served with Caesar salad or fries. All-beef and veggie hotdogs round out the lunch and dinner menu.
