This yoga studio among the trees is a five minute drive from Tsawwassen. It accommodates about 10 people, and offers lots of individual attention. Classes are open to those wanting only physical benefits and as well as those wanting to learn more about yoga philosophy and meditation. Some deep breathing and healing positions in a special spot make Madrona Yoga different.
Retreats and Workshops are offered quite often at this intimate studio. They have four-week workshops that allow you to really explore your practice and improve it. Or you may try a weekend retreat, which go from Friday to Sunday afternoons, with optional lodging at a nearby B&B. Check their website or call to find out what retreats are upcoming.
The teachers here have been extensively involved in the field of meditation, yoga, and yoga philosophy for twenty-five years. Yogis at this studio range from the very fit who have been practising for many years, to older people wanting to improve the quality of their lives by having a healthier body. Special classes include couples classes, yoga for kids and private classes.
