Jacklyn’s future daughter br>A cosmetics store in Whistler? This adrenaline-fueled town is all about, “bigger, faster, stronger”, but even Whistler girls need to nurture their feminine side. Jacklyn Van Bourgondien decided to open this boutique makeup store after she noticed a growing need for something more feminine in the community. Lily, named after Van Bourgondien’s future daughter and her favourite flower, is a place for girls to be girls and enjoy it.

Finishing touches
The store is bright, welcoming and beautifully decorated with splashes of pink art deco wallpaper. Interesting antiques are sprinkled about, as well. A fresh bouquet of flowers every day is the finishing touch at Lily. The store is filled with feminine energy, as the Lily girls try makeup on customers and help them define their style. Lily sells a variety of quality international brands, including Napoleon Perdis, Cargo cosmetics, Mario Badescu, Rodial, Relastil, Butter London, Jaqua Beauty, Mor Cosmetics, Ojon haircare, Principessa and more.

Primp, pamper and preen
The trained makeup artists at Lily provide natural and evening applications as well as makeup lessons. Other services they offer include tanning facilities, facials, pedicures, manicures, and flare eyelash extensions. The cosmetics boutique is great for bridal parties and also hosts the occasional girls’ night champagne and makeup parties for groups of up to 10.
