Tantalizing tastes of sweet, sour, and hot dishes are artfully combined to create a tempting array of dishes rooted in the Thai tradition. From dishes you may not have heard of, such as Nua Yang O Cha (sliced barbecued beef in pineapple-ginger sauce over simmered sui-soi) to curries, pad Thais, soups, salads and spring rolls. The spiciness of all dishes can be controlled by choosing the number of “bombs” you’d like ranging from zero to four. Vegetarians have the convenient option of replacing meat with tofu. Ingredients are purchased from local purveyors whenever possible. Everything is homemade right down to desserts like deep-friend bananas with coconut ice cream.
