An Exotic Escape
Nestled in Gastown is one of the city’s hidden gems…but not for long. Welcome to Le Marrakech Bistro. This special place serves up tasty authentic Moroccan dishes in an engaging atmosphere. The minute you step inside you’ll be transported to an exotic place that feels miles away from the city.

Salad Daze
Mouthwatering fare awaits you at this intimate bistro. Since bursting on the scene, Le Marrakech has been the hotspot for local foodies who come to devour homemade delicacies. On the appetizer menu discover piping hot chickpea soup loaded with saffron, and tomatoes in a flavourful beef broth. A handful of tasty salads, such as the tomato cucumber and the grilled pepper, are perfect for sharing. Mussels get flavourful, swimming in a spicy sauce loaded with herbs, oil, garlic and cumin. The golden beet salad tossed in a rose water and pomegranate vinaigrette with pine nuts and goat cheese is simply divine!

Spice World
Get ready for a culinary adventure filled with exotic flavours, eye catching spices, and fresh produce. This restaurant only uses vegetables and herbs that are certified organic and seasonal from local farms. On the menu savour pan-seared scallops topped with mint puree, and oxtail braised with Moroccan spices and dried fruit. For a meaty treat sink your teeth into the braised short ribs served with caramelized onions, raisins and saffron couscous. Regulars adore the pan seared duck breast served with apricots and pistachios. Oven roasted Cornish hen and tender marinated steak should also not be overlooked! For a sweet ending, try a homemade decadent dessert of orange mint chocolate cake with a spicy Moroccan coffee.
