Groovy Gifts
If you’re looking for a one-of-a-kind gift for anyone in the family — young or old, male or female — you’ll find something at Lazy Susan’s. Funky finds range from jewellery made out of Scrabble game pieces to classy flasks to lunch boxes for kids and adults alike. There are plenty of great items for new parents and kids, with a focus on old-school favourites like Curious George tea sets and Scooby Doo garbage pails.

Not-So-Lazy Susan
Lazy Susan’s has its own in-house label, under which it carries dresses, bags, jewelry and whatever else strikes the fancy of the crafty mother and daughter co-owners. Lazy Susan’s also inspires other aspiring homemakers by selling an array of buttons and beads, vintage sewing patterns and entire walls of colourful vinyl fabrics. You can buy the fabric by the square foot and ask for advice on how to make your very own outdoor tablecloth or seat covers. If you’re not so ambitious, there’s a slew of items made out of the vinyl including purses, aprons and cozies for travel coffee cups.

Bountiful Browsing
Even if you’re not in the market to buy anything, Lazy Susan’s is a great place in which to browse. The funky shop with its red floor and mauve walls has a host of treasures and trinkets hiding in all kinds of nooks and crannies. You never know what you’re going to find or where you’re going to find it: scarves are folded in the drawers of antique dressers, flirty dresses are hanging in the armoire and buttons fill up a gumball machine.
