Authentic, lively, and colourful will be your first impression as you walk through the front entrance of Las Margaritas – it isn’t going to be possible to not have a good time here. The dining area has lots to satisfy your visual appetite as you wait for your food and the 60-seat patio (voted the best in Vancouver) will have you believing you are in Mexico as no detail has been overlooked in the design. Potted plants climb the walls and electric blue trimming and shutters against a peach backdrop that is the restaurant’s exterior aid in the illusion. On a sunny Vancouver day, enjoy the best that Northern Mexico, Baja, and Southern Californian cuisine has to offer.

Ingredients and cooking methods have the health-conscious customer taken care of. Certified Angus beef and Fresh Top Quality chicken breasts are made and served alongside the freshest and highest quality ingredients available. The restaurant has a strict no MSG, no additives, and no preservatives policy and they prefer to grill, broil, or bake their dishes. A local favourite are the Salmon Burritos that give a nod to the West Coast featuring BC Wild Salmon.
