Lark keeps it cool
Formerly known as Lark 8th Avenue, Lark switched addresses in 2006, opening a boutique on hip South Main Street. The charming, airy, modern store carries exciting seasonal fashions from some of the hottest independent international designers. In its previous incarnation, Lark had a reputation for fun and funky clothes and accessories. Now Lark is all grown up, specializing in high quality, tailored clothes with a continental flair, from women’s tops, skirts and dresses, to men’s shirts, pants and jackets. Lark’s unique accessories, shoes and jewelry are a great way to distinguish an outfit. The tasteful inventory includes items from Europe, New York, China and Japan.

Hard-to-find designer labels
Lark has been a Vancouver supplier of Sweden’s famous Nudie Jeans for years. Today, some of the cool designer labels you’ll find at Lark are American Colors, Albam, Alexander Olch, Barbour, Brunns Bazaar, By Malene , Chimala, Frank Leder, Gilded Age, Le Mont Saint Michel , Lova, Mackintosh, Makie, Operations, Pyrrha, Saint James, Tannis Hegan, The Laundress , Tiger of Sweden, Victorinox, Victor Osborne, Won Hundred , Yoshi Kondo, Zeha Berlin and more.

Fashion lessons!
Lark’s owners Dane and Veronika Baspaly and their staff are passionate about every aspect of fashion and apparel. Not only is the customer service excellent, if you want to know more about a particular piece of clothing or jewelry, or general fashion do’s and don’ts, they’ll tell you everything you need to know about a garment’s provenance and construction.
