Just a five minute walk from Jericho Beach, Jeremiah's Neighbourhood Pub has long been a favourite local spot for Kitsilano residents. The menu is a mix of pub grub with west coast fusion, featuring a number of classic comfort food dishes and healthy choices. Jeremiah's Neighbourhood Pub is good at what they do in the kitchen; so much so, the WestEnder claimed it had the best pub food in Vancouver in 2006.The pub also serves a weekend brunch that locals say is worth getting up early for.
Enough Room for Everyone
The decor is traditional English pub, with hard wood floors and burgundy tones throughout. A two story pub with seating for 110, Jeremiah’s has enough space to fit groups large and small. It’s also a popular spot for local sports teams, from volleyball on the beach to ultimate in the park; you’ll find them all enjoying a beer after the game at Jeremiah’s. Plus, the dart boards and pool tables ensure the competition doesn’t have to end. Jeremiah’s is also a great place to catch a game. The giant projector TV and screen ensure that there isn’t a bad seat in the house when the Canucks are playing.
Friendly and Fun
The Staff at Jeremiah’s are among the friendliest around and many have been heard to say coming in is hardly like coming to work. The warm and welcoming attitude and the great food make Jeremiah’s a must-see on any trip to Kits.
