When sisters Cheri and Mona Hamm went shopping for wedding and prom dresses, it was a nightmare. That’s why they decided to open Isabelle’s Bridal. The store is named after their mother, who’s philosophy is that shopping for bridal wear shouldn’t be stressful, as it so often is. The ambiance and approach here focuses on making the experience fun and relaxed, giving your wedding “nerves” a break, or making your grad stress free.
Wedding, Prom And Evening Gowns That Suit Your Style
Isabelle’s comprises 3,000 square feet displaying bridal and bridesmaid’s gowns for every type of wedding, as well as a wide selection of prom dresses and evening wear. Designers and design labels include Alfred Sung, Pronovias, Jasmine, Mon Cheri, Exclusive Bridal, Fabio Gritti and many more. Prices range from $400 to $7,000. Modern brides can join Isabelle’s Facebook page to keep up-to-date on styles. Isabelle’s in-house seamstress is available for the bride who wants a custom-made dress. The store also carries a selection of shoes, veils and jewelry, for those final finishing touches.
Timing Is Everything
It can take some time for gowns to arrive after they have been ordered. Generally, it’s 4 to 6 months for wedding dresses, 3 to 4 months for bridesmaid dresses, 3 to 4 months for flower girl dresses , 3 to 4 months for prom dresses and 3 to 4 months for formal gowns. Rush orders are usually possible, but an extra fee will apply.
