A Dining Experience
The Infinity Dining Experience serves west coast continental cuisine in an upscale bistro like atmosphere. Hungry for beef? Infinity serves some of the best steaks in town. The restaurant has also developed a reputation for creative flare with dishes like the roasted butternut squash fondue and roasted mushroom ravioli, plus desserts including the chocolate ganache cake with jagermeister gelato.
Fine Quality, Casual Fun
Yes, Infinity promises the quality of fine dining, but not the pretentious attitude. Most entrees are under $20, all the decadent desserts are $5 each and the relaxed environment is designed to feel like a dinner party at a good friend’s place. The walls are dressed in warm Dijon, tan and gold colours and bench seating with padded armchairs ensures everyone is comfortable. Reservations are a must with just 52 seats in the dining room and another eight when the patio opens in summer.

Proprietor Alex Rotherham is a self-trained chef with a wealth of experience in the casual dining sector. Truly a Vancouver Chef, a member of the British Columbia Chef's Association and the Canadian Culinary Federation, Chef Rotherham has training in Classical French cuisine and spent almost 10 years specializing in Italian cooking. Over the last few years he has begun to experiment in Asian and Indian cuisine and has now embarked on personal exploration with all different types of cuisine combining all these influences to create the west coast continental cuisine at Infinity. Combining great food with a relaxed fun environment, The Infinity Dining Experience delivers on the promise of more than just a meal; it is a true dining experience.
