Double your golfing pleasure by playing the north course in the morning, the south in the afternoon (the south is shorter, you'll need the break).
You Better Have Balls
Unless you're incredibly accurate, or incredibly lucky. Thirty of Golden Eagle's 36 holes have water, and it's sometimes hidden in the sneakiest spots.
Bring Binoculars, and Off!
This flatland layout is in the country, there's plenty of wildlife flying and crawling around, even the occasional, yes, eagle. But the shade from the mountain beside it and all that water make a perfect breeding ground for mosquitoes and other bugs of prey.
A Chip Shot Away
An ample patio looks out over the south course, and the clubhouse keeps everything you'll need in stock. Including more balls.
By Leaving Early
You'll miss the traffic as you head out Hwy 1 from Vanocuver. Take the Mary Hill Bypass (United Way exit), then turn right at Lougheed Hwy, left at Harris Rd, right at Dewdney Trunk, left Neaves Rd, and, after a good long ways, right at Ladner Rd.
