Flavour fusion
If you ask any Whistler local where their favourite brunch spot is, the answer will be Elements. This stylish, yet reasonably priced tapas parlour is tucked away in Whistler Village. With dim lighting and copper accents, the décor is elegant, yet casual. You won’t spend an arm and a leg for a gourmet breakfast. Try the stuffed brie and ham french toast, local B.C. mussels, lettuce cups, and bruchettas. All meals are as beautifully plated as they are tasty.
An Extra Element
While the food is great at Elements, it’s also a good spot to have a few casual drinks before a night out. They are well known for their boutique wines and handcrafted infused martinis. You will find an assortment of cocktails to suit your mood.
Wildwood family
Elements belongs to the Wild Wood Restaurant group. There are two Wild Wood Cafes in Whistler and another in Pemberton, as well as a full-service catering company. The catering group can create meals for groups of 10 to 250 people. They also provide partial service event planning for weddings, special private chalet dinners, film location catering and lunches to go.
