What's the Right One for You?
Each campus has its own curriculum. The New Westminster Campus, for example, offers career programs unique in BC such as Psychiatric Nursing, Stagecraft, and Print Futures and the Professional Writing Program. On the other hand, the newest campus – the $35-million David Lam Campus in Coquitlam – has a wide range of university-transfer studies as well as career programs that include Computer Information Systems, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Therapeutic Recreation and Financial Services Studies. ESL and Development Studies are offered here, too.
Merge into the Workforce
Serving the Maple Ridge area, the Surrey Training Centre also provides university-transfer and career-based programs for immigrants and unemployed workers; these programs are carefully designed to develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the Canadian workplace. It's the first campus in Canada to have a secondary school under its roof.
