More Than Just a Vineyard
While Domaine de Chaberton has been crushing out bottles of wine since 1991, the company has become much more than just a vineyard. With a restaurant, a wine boutique, tours and an online store, this vineyard surpasses expectations. You can also buy Domaine de Chaberton wines at private liquor stores. However, if you’re having trouble finding a store that sells the wine you’re looking for, the winery is open year round, so feel free to drop by whenever you get the chance.
The Tour
Each day there are two tours offered of the vineyard. On these tours you will get to sample some of the wines that are made at the winery. Domaine de Chaberton makes around nine reds, seven whites and two dessert wines each year. Once you’ve completed the tour, be sure to go to the wine shop to buy some cases before they’re all sold. After you’ve loaded your trunk, why not grab a bite at the Bacchus Bistro restaurant? Grab a seat on the patio and sample some premium food. Each item on the menu comes with a wine suggestion (save for the desserts).
The Wine Boutique
You are invited to visit the Domaine de Chaberton's wine boutique. During your visit to the winery, you can browse through the wine-related gifts and taste the fine wines. It is worthwhile noting that all Domaine de Chaberton wines have been awarded the VQA designation - the mark of a Canadian quality wine.
